After failing twice with his debut, the VV Vinayak directorial Akhil and the Vikram Kumar directorial Hello released last year, Akkineni hero Akhil, has got committed to a project that will be directed by Venky Atluri, and this project had been signed by the actor, after numerous delays and speculations.
Just like his previous flick, Tholi Prema starring Mega Prince Varun Tej and the bubbly beauty Raashi Khanna, this movie, will also be a complete romantic entertainer and is bankrolled by BVSN Prasad, who had produced Tholi Prema as well. The movie has S Thaman scoring the music.
While it was reported that Jigelu Rani Pooja Hegde will dance for a special song in the movie, now it has been revealed that the makers are planning to rope in the cute Sandalwood babe Rashmika Mandanna, who made waves with her debut Tollywood flick Chalo opposite Naga Shourya.
